Membership

Membership is open to anyone with an interest in combustion research. Typical members include physical chemists, fuel technologists, fluid dynamicists, engine designers, fire scientists, enviromental scientists, mechanical and aerospace engineers, detonation specialists, fire fighters, etc.

• Individual subscription to journal Combustion & Flame (2005 impact factor 2.16)

Subscription

• Membership fees are kept to a minimum to encourage a diverse membership and student participation. Fees are payable every biennium. The current biennium covers the period of 2010/2011.
• The cost is currently €40 for members of staff and €10 for students.
